This Policy describes how to request the removal of content on kinklabyrinth.com that is not subject to DMCA copyright notices. For copyright matters, see our DMCA Policy. For child sexual abuse material (CSAM), see the dedicated section below — we treat CSAM with absolute priority.
1. Scope
This Policy covers requests to remove:
- Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn") and leaked private content.
- Impersonation and identity theft.
- Doxxing, exposure of home address or contact details of a private individual.
- Illegal content under U.S. federal law or applicable local law.
- Content that violates our Terms of Service outside DMCA.
- Suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — see section 5.
2. How to Submit a Request
Send an email to contact@kinklabyrinth.com including:
- Your name and contact email.
- Link(s) to the content and any username, profile ID or message ID.
- Category (revenge porn, impersonation, doxxing, illegal, other).
- If you are the depicted person: a statement that you did not consent to the publication or that consent was withdrawn.
- If you are a representative: proof of authorization.
- Any evidence you can share (screenshots, prior communications, government-issued ID to verify identity if relevant).
3. Response Times
- Suspected CSAM: removal within 24 hours of report or detection, immediate report to NCMEC CyberTipline (CyberTipline.org) and cooperation with U.S. and international law enforcement.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery and imminent harm: within 72 hours, often faster.
- Other categories: typically 7 business days, subject to complexity.
4. Investigation
We may temporarily restrict access to the reported content while we review the request. We may contact the uploading user and give them an opportunity to respond, unless doing so would cause additional harm. Decisions are final but can be reconsidered with new evidence.
5. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Zero Tolerance
CSAM is strictly prohibited. If you encounter any content depicting, or appearing to depict, a minor in sexual or suggestive conduct on the Platform:

6. Repeat Offender Policy
Accounts that upload prohibited content will be permanently terminated. IP and device fingerprint bans may be applied to prevent re-registration.
7. Mandatory Reporting
We report apparent CSAM to NCMEC pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.
