DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Last updated: April 20, 2026

KL Digital LLC respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy describes how to submit notifications of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ("DMCA").

1. Designated Agent

Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2), the following agent has been designated to receive notifications of claimed infringement on behalf of KL Digital LLC:

KL Digital LLC, c/o DMCA Agent

30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA

Telephone: +33 6 18 26 72 77

Email: contact@kinklabyrinth.com

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

Your written notice must include all of the following elements (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (direct URL is best).
  • Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Submission

Send the notice by email to contact@kinklabyrinth.com (preferred) or by mail to the address above. Misrepresentations under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) may result in liability for damages.

4. Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number and email, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which you reside (or, if outside the United States, the district where KL Digital LLC is located), and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Repeated DMCA strikes may result in permanent account closure. See our Terms of Service §§ 7 and 8.

6. Misuse

Knowingly materially misrepresenting that content is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may result in liability for damages and attorney fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We take abusive notices seriously.
